A meeting of the Durham & Middlefield Divisions of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at Cooper-Atkins Corporation, 33 Reeds Gap Road, Middlefield.
Directions to Cooper-Atkins Corporation. The speaker will be Nancy Wyman, State Comptroller, who will discuss the State's role as "partner" to business and municipalities, the state of Connecticut's economy and her on-going efforts to help small businesses, municipalities and individuals acquire affordable and accessible health insurance coverage for their employees.
There will be town updates including:
Chamber President Larry McHugh will update members on special events and activities
