Year in Review

We are so fortunate to be a dynamic business organization with over 1,980 members that represent every industry sector and businesses of all sizes, from large corporations to micro businesses and entrepreneurs. In addition to being an effective and dynamic business organization, the chamber strives to be a strong community organization, with a number of programs that support workforce development, youth development, substance abuse prevention, our veterans, and much more.

We have done our best to make a difference this year, and we hope those efforts are being felt throughout the county.

Affordable Housing Committee

Established in 2007, the Affordable Housing Committee ensures that the business community has a constructive voice in Middlesex County’s housing conversations. The committee, under the leadership of Chairman Bob Fusari, brings together developers, lenders, realtors, nonprofit partners, attorneys, and other professionals to share insights, inform policy, and advance solutions that strengthen both the economy and local communities. Over the years, the committee has hosted a variety of impactful programs, including Planning for a Vibrant Downtown, a developer forum on housing incentives, and a special luncheon with the U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. Looking ahead, the committee will continue to partner with local and regional stakeholders to promote housing as an economic driver and to serve as a resource to the Chamber on housing-related issues.
