The Central Regional Tourism District works with the Connecticut Office of Tourism and Department of Economic and Community Development to attract visitors to the 65 cities and towns within the district.
This region stretches from the Massachusetts border down the center of the state through Hartford, which is rich in history and culture. From Hartford, the region stretches along the Connecticut River and through quiet towns dotted with vineyards, farms, shops, historic inns and B&Bs, New England countryside and unexpected treasures.
